How to spend them

As a discount at checkout, on the website and in the app, while signed in to your account.

Buy and earn

As soon as the payment goes through they appear in your account, marked ‘on the way’.
After 14 days, they're yours

That's how long an order can still be refunded. After that, you can spend them.
Use them at checkout

On your next eSIM or top-up, on the website or in the app, choose to use them and they come off the total.

Up to 50% of each order

And there's always a minimum of €0.50 left to pay by card: a zero payment doesn't exist.
Not with a discount code

If you apply a code to an order, you can't use GigaCoins on that order. Remove the code and they're back.
Refunded order, coins back

With a full refund, the GigaCoins you used on that order go back to your account, and the ones it earned you are withdrawn.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask most about the programme.

How much is a GigaCoin worth?

100 GigaCoins are worth €1, $1 or £1 off, depending on the currency you pay in. In other currencies they're worth the same as in euros, at the day's exchange rate.

When can I spend what I earn?

After 14 days. You can see them in your account straight away, and you can spend them once the order that earned them can no longer be refunded.

How much can I take off an order?

Up to 50% of the total, and there's always a minimum of €0.50 left to pay by card: a zero payment doesn't exist.

Can I combine them with a discount code?

No. If you apply a discount code to an order, you can't use GigaCoins on that order; remove the code and they're back. And the discount for someone joining with your link can't be combined with a code either: the bigger of the two applies, and the code isn't used up when it loses.

Why does it say ‘up to’ for what I earn from my guests?

Because on the plans with the tightest margins, what you get from your guests' orders can be a little lower. What you earn on your own orders is never reduced.

Does redeeming lower my level?

No. Points are the GigaCoins you've earned: spending them never lowers your level. Spending is never a step down.

Can I use my own link?

No. The link is for bringing in someone who hasn't bought from Gigapass yet, so it doesn't work with your own email or with the email of someone who was already a customer.

What if an order is refunded?

If the refund is in full, everything that order moved is undone: your GigaCoins and those of whoever invited you are withdrawn, and anything you had redeemed on it goes back to your account. You'll see it recorded in your activity.
