What is sold on this website

Gigapass is the brand under which MOOVI TELECOM, S.L. sells travel data eSIMs. What you buy here is a prepaid data plan for a specific destination and number of days, delivered by email as a QR code and installed on your own phone.

To provide connectivity at your destination, moovi relies on a wholesale eSIM provider and on the networks of each country's local operators. This is not an electronic communications service provided by moovi as a network operator, it carries no number from the Spanish national numbering plan and it does not replace anyone's mobile line: it works alongside it.

What each plan includes, when its validity starts counting and how refunds work is set out in the terms of service, which are the binding document.

Other services from the same company

MOOVI TELECOM, S.L. also sells mobile, fibre and television services under the moovi brand, with its own legal identification, its own terms and its own website (moovitelecom.com). Those services are not sold on this website and do not form part of what is bought here.

All rights reserved.

Any use not previously authorised by MOOVI TELECOM, S.L. will be considered a serious infringement of the author's intellectual or industrial property rights.

The trade marks, trade names and logos of each country's operators, of wholesale providers and of handset manufacturers are the exclusive property of their respective owners. They are mentioned on this website for identification purposes only and imply no assignment or licence in favour of MOOVI TELECOM, S.L..

Liability

MOOVI TELECOM, S.L. accepts no liability whatsoever for damages of any nature that may arise from, by way of example: errors or omissions in the content, unavailability of the site, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs within the content, despite having adopted all the technological measures necessary to prevent this.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship between MOOVI TELECOM, S.L. and the user shall be governed by Spanish law in force. Without prejudice to the rights that consumer law grants consumers, who may bring proceedings before the courts of their own domicile, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the city of Madrid.
